Hey Sheedia LLC Breathwork Terms and Conditions

I understand that Breathwork (“the Activity”) includes a 3-step breathing process. This Activity is experimental and can result in intense physical and emotional release. I have taken note of the contraindications of breathwork in the list below. 

  • Pregnancy

  • Cardiovascular disease

  • Angina

  • Heart attack

  • High blood pressure

  • Glaucoma

  • Retinal detachment

  • Osteoporosis

  • Recent injury or surgery

  • Any conditions for which you take regular medications

  • History of panic attacks, psychosis

  • Severe mental illnesses

  • Seizure disorders

  • Family history of aneurysms

  • Coronavirus or flu-like symptoms

In case of experiencing any of the contraindications, I certify that I have consulted with my healthcare provider before participating in this or any breathwork session.

As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the facilitator. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation. Breathwork is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

By signing, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such an activity. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice Breathwork and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Hey Sheedia LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and facilitators.

I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Agreement and Release of Waiver of Liability. I am signing this agreement voluntarily and recognize that my signature serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in the country of Curaçao.

Publicity Release. I agree that the Facilitator can record, photograph, or otherwise capture my likeness, voice, images, interviews, and statements made to be used for publicity and/or promotional purposes of the Facilitator’s business, without payment or previous consent.
